“Greece – A 365-Day Destination”, the Greek National Tourism
Organization’s submission for the 2nd international video competition organised
by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) was voted the
“Best Video in Europe”!

by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) was voted the
“Best Video in Europe”!
The video was presented at the 22nd session of the UNWTO’s general
assembly, that took place September 11-16 in Chengdu, China, attended by
delegates from more than 150 countries. Greece was one of five countries
elected to the 33-member Executive Council of the UNWTO for 2018-2021. “Greece
is a foremost global tourism destination and our participation for the first
time on the Executive Council of the WTO symbolizes the recognition of our
country’s strengthened image worldwide” said Tourism Minister Elena
Kountoura.
